Happy Friday everyone! All the golf fanatics in America have converged on Pittsburgh because of the U.S. Open at Oakmont(outside of Pittsburgh).It's somewhat amusing to those of us who don't play,not that I begrudge the fans their thrill but...I don't get it myself. :roll:

Ah,but hockey is life ! Sydney Crosby(Pittsburgh Penguins) just got the Hart trophy as the youngest MVP since Gretzky, we expect great things from that young man! :)

Good Sunday to all. I don't know if there's any Dad's on this board, but I'll say Happy Father's Day anyway. :) I finally finished the basement project yesterday.Whew! I'm glad I started with the toughest one first.Today I'm relaxing a bit, before starting on the spare room/crafty room this week.That'll be easier since it's not quite as dirty and there's AC in there, but lots of junk to pitch there too. :roll:

Happy Father's Day/Sunday everyone! Thank you so much for all the small child suggestions, lwl! I finally figured out what to do with the small wild boys the last few days I had them, and now I have an entirely new group of kids next week. But there's only four of them, so it should be a lot easier. I went on a mini-vacation yesturday to Shreveport to visit a friend of the family who's a set designer for film. It was fun. We watched them shoot a scene and went out to dinner. Now I'm almost 100% positive that film's the thing for me! It was really fun and really interesting. Well, back to biology, which is currently making my brain melt.

LNB you're probably right about ebay,the only problem is that I'm way too impatient. :roll: Sell a record here, a book there, the piecemeal approach takes too long and when I'm in the mood to pitch I want it gone NOW. :laugh: So the church, city mission, Vietnam Veterans, etc. get the benefit of my being a clutterer,but that's OK with me, as long as someone can get some use out of the things,I'm happy.I'd better get off the computer, there's one heck of a line of thunderstorms about to hit here.
